Lose Belly Fat with

I have just been into the gym and done the hardest 6 pack ab workout on earth. Why, because I wanted to lose belly fat. We all know that if you want to lose belly fat that you have to have an all round conditioned plan. Which incorporates, ab workouts, fat burning exercises and conditioning programs.
So why did I have to do such a hard 6 pack ab workout. Well on my fitness test with my personal instructor my body fat had jumped up and rather than being able to lose belly fat my bmi went up too. Therefore he took it out on me in the form of the hardest ab workout ever.
This is what the workout consisted of :
Firstly was my normal training session of chest and triceps.
- Which was weighted flat bench press with 100kg on the bar. The secondary exercises of pressups in between.
- Incline bench press with 75kg. Secondary exercises were closed grip presses.
- Then using cables to expand the chest, keeping the chest upright and pulling the cables into the centre of your chest.
Then The triceps were :
- Tricep pull downs with the rope. Making sure that the rope was extended at the knee. About 40kg used
- Tricep pull downs using the bar. Standing as close to the machine as you can to isolate the triceps. Secondaries were tricep dips.
- Then tricep extensions. With your feet back against the machine and extending the rope above your head and lower to the bottom of your neck again. Secondaries were tricep dips.
Why do we do primary and secondary exercises. Because to lose belly fat you have to make sure that your body is burning the excess fat. Therefore these exercises put your fat burning into overdrive.
So onto the 6 pack ab workout then.
- Using a curl bar with 10kg’s on each side. You place your kness on the floor and roll the bar out in front of you. Until you can feel the abs tensing and stretching and the you pull the bar back in. 3 sets of 10 reps.
- Sitting on a ball just three quarters up. Plae your feet against the wall and your hands over your chest. Lean back onto the ball and then pull with your abs so that your body moves up about 5 inches and not a full extenson. You can really feel the abs tensing doing this. 3 sets of 10 again.
- Place your feet on a ball behind you with your hands in a pressup position. Pull your kness to your chest and then extend again outwards until your body is horizontal. 3 sets of 10 for this also.
Okay so now you know that to lose belly fat is going to be hard work. But it is not just about the ab workout. You have to do some cardio. But do not just get on the machine and hope to burn fat, you want to blast the fat off.
So get on a bike and do the following
- Go upto 6 minutes on the hardest setting you can take.
- Then on 6 cycle as hard as you can for 40 seconds
- Rest for 40 seconds
- Then as hard as you can for 40 seconds
- Rest for 40
- As hard as you can for 30
- Rest for 30
- As hard as you can for 30
- Rest for 20
- As hard as you can for 20
- Rest for 20
- As hard as you can for 20
- Rest for 10
- Then give it your all for 10 seconds
- Stop and collapse lol
So losing belly fat is not easy and nor is getting 6 pack abs. But if you get your personal trainer to set you a goa like the above then the belly fat will just burst of you guaranteed.
