A Kettlebell Fat Burning Workout

Here’s how you can turn your body into a fat burning machine with a very simple kettlebell workout. You’re going to think in terms of training time, with the same interval of rest, rather than counting reps and sets, and the idea is to use the heaviest kettlebell you can while still observing scrupulously correct form in each exercise.

Perform one arm rows for thirty seconds on each arm followed by sixty seconds of double swings and then rest for thirty seconds. Repeat and rest again. Now do reverse leg lunges for thirty seconds on each leg followed by alternate swings for sixty seconds. Rest for thirty seconds and repeat the sequence. Finally, do the plank for sixty seconds, then the pullover/crunch for sixty seconds and finish with thirty seconds of twists.

This is a fabulous fat burning workout, especially for the abs, but the beauty of kettlebells is the almost unlimited variety of exercises they can offer. So keep experimenting and challenging your body.
