You can get experimental with the colors, stripes or checks even
if you are way above the standard weight.

But when choosing your colors, try and stick with dark shades.

Black is one of the best shades that can make you look slimmer. . Team up light shaded pants or skirts with dark tops, shirts or t-shirts.

Undergarments:
The right shaped /sized bra or camisole will spread out all the bulges and fat evenly and you will look less bulky .You can find corsets, slimming pants and bodysuits to wear under your outer clothing and carry your weight nicely.

Choose the most supple and soft fabrics to look best.

Shapes of Your Dresses
If you have a heavy bottom, go for pleat-less,fitting and dark colored trousers, Capri or legging.
Pleated pants add extra girth to your waistline; so just stay away from them.
Baggy clothes are strict no-no’s for overweight men and women.
Keep the tops, shirts and t-shirts slightly loose not body hugging.

Change Your Mindset:
Often overweight people tend to indulge in conversations about their size and looks,which merely demonstrates your discomfort over your body shape.
Just accept the reality about yourself and don’t draw attention to it.
