Losing Weight Can Help Your Arthritis

One way of helping to alleviate some of the symptoms of arthritis is to lose weight. When a person is obese, or even a big overweight, the joints have to take on more stress than they normally would. And this is a factor in further aggravating arthritis symptoms especially in arthritis in the knee.
