One Way to Have Less Post Nasal Drip and Use Fewer Antibiotics

I used to take a lot of antibiotics because I had chronic sinusitis and came down with a lot of sinus infections, perhaps three to four in a typical year. I would start with a case of post nasal drip, and then things would degrade into in infection. I ended up having two very painful sinus operations, but this didn’t stop me from having sinus infections. One problem with all those sinus infections, besides the terrible pain, was that I was taking too many antibiotics. In general antibiotics are overused in the western world, and bacteria can mutate and become immune to treatment by them. I decided to use nasal irrigation, and the number of sinus infections I have is now very low, and I consequently take antibiotics very rarely, maybe once each 3-4 years.
